Jarah Corporate's Director Anthony Beasley moderated a panel as part of the Queensland Mining & Engineering Exhibition (QME) Seminar Series earlier today, featuring Trevor Trott (SSE Peabody Energy CMJV), Tom O'Connor (SSE Pembroke Resources Olive Downs Complex) and Steve Amor (My Competency Expert and Director Zen Meerkat).
"Navigating the Recognised Standard 22 Management Structure to support health and safety" touched on topics such as managing absences in the management structure, practicable processes to determine competence and how mines have adjusted the way they manage their Management Structure since the implementation of RS22.
